MISSION

The mission of Programs for Exceptional People is to empower adults with special needs in southern Beaufort County by promoting independence and offering opportunities for social growth and maturity.

Programs For Exceptional People is the only Southern Beaufort County organization providing programs and services for adults with special needs.

Our programs and activities promote independence and offer opportunities for employment, social growth and maturity.

We are is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations to PEP are tax deductible.

Eligibility for PEP

In order to be considered for admission to Programs for Exceptional People (PEP), an individual must be 21 years of age or older and must be eligible for services from the SC Department of Disabilities and Special Needs. Contact PEP for the detailed steps needed to gain admission.
