Meet Our Team

Our Leadership & Staff

Mission Driven. Member Focused.

At PEP, our team isn’t just experienced, they’re exceptional. The heart of our organization lies in the people who show up every day with compassion, creativity, and a deep belief in the potential of every individual we serve. From program instructors to leadership staff, each member of the PEP team plays a vital role in creating an environment where adults with disabilities are seen, supported, and celebrated.

What truly sets our staff apart is their unwavering dedication. Many of our team members have been with PEP for years, some even decades, offering continuity, trust, and lasting relationships that mean the world to both our members and their families. That kind of consistency is rare and it matters.

We’re proud of the diverse backgrounds our staff brings to the table: educators, behavioral specialists, artists, advocates, nonprofit professionals, and support staff all united by a common mission. Each person brings their own skills, stories, and strengths, but all share the same goal: to help our members live fuller, more independent, and more connected lives.
